Ben died peacefully in his sleep from a Cardiac Arrythmia on 1/3/07 at age 18. Sudden cardiac death is a major health problem, causing over 100,000 children, teens, young adults and adults to die each year. Cardiac Arrythmias contribute towards this #, which is too high. Since this happened to my son, I have a goal of helping to prevent it from happening to others. The American Heart Association has information to help you & your friends get educated.
